Palm Tran of Palm Beach County, FL

The Palm Tran fleet consists entirely of Gilligs. On some of the Gillig Advantages, they have a "STOP" light in the back that lights up when the driver hits the brakes. In my point of view, Palm Tran is an excellent bus service because they have more accessibility, like when a bus is starting a route or stops by in a point of interest, there is a voice from an outer speaker of the bus that tells you the route number and destination loud and clear. Also, Palm Tran's buses are new, most likely the bus you are waiting for would end up to be a Gillig Advantage, which Palm Tran had since 1999. In 2006 Palm Tran ordered 8 Gillig BRTs to break the ongoing orders of the Gillig Advantage. Like BCT, Palm Tran's bus numbers have the year as the first 2 numbers.
